Akasan and his group could've walked the entire way, but Hanami caught up to Naozumi and made him teleport everyone to Arbok City.
Instead of at the main entrance, they were in the middle of the town.
Women and children pointed, saying, "Look, it's the prince!! He's back!!"
Word spread quicker than wildfire. Any and all bystanders nearby crowded around Akasan and the rest. They cheered his name at the top of their lungs.
"What's going on?!" Makoto exclaimed.
Ren shied away from the commotion.
Akasan looked for an opening. "They must've heard about the war. News spreads quickly!"
A line of Royal Guards intercepted the crowd and split the people into two sides. "Move!! Move!! Make way, make way!!"
The guards lined themselves up so that Akasan had a clear path out of the mob.
One of them bowed. "We've been expecting your return, Prince Akasan. This way, please."
Akasan nodded and signaled everyone else to follow him.
Kosuke dug in his ear. "Man, they sure are rowdy today."
