It was dark.
Akasan returned to Blue City with Ren trailing behind him.
Vera, Mark, and Fuu awaited them at the city entrance.
Vera ran up to Ren and hugged her. "I was so worried... thank Axis you're safe."
Ren hugged him back. "I'm sorry for leaving... it won't happen again."
Akasan walked up to Fuu. "How much further until we get to your master from here?"
"A few days. If we cut down on sleep times we can get there in three or four days."
"Sounds good. We'll start moving tonight and take a break during the day."

When the sun finally started rising, Akasan along with his group were already well out of Blue City.
The majority of Britannia's landscape was grassland, so that's mostly what Akasan was traveling through.
An ear-shattering boom blasted through the air.
Everyone covered their ears and hit the ground.
Akasan was on one knee. He looked up to see a man flying above him. "Who're you?!"
