The Jade Islands.
A prospering country made up of a cluster of large and small islands. The population has become diverse recently, being made up of humans and demihumans together.
Up until a few years ago, demihumans were essentially illegal to live amongst the other humans. They were seen as less than a person, and treated like monsters.
Now, thanks to King Balta and his strong leadership, slowly but surely, his reforms to the country led the citizens to be more accepting of the demihumans. It's still not perfect, but it's getting better over time.

Usagi was on a ship, headed for the demihumans' homeland, Hampton.
On the ship along with her was Owl and Lazuli, who were going essentially as bodyguards.
Usagi stood at the front of the ship while wind blew into her hair. "Ahh... I can't wait to see mom and dad again..."
The northeastern port of Hampton came into view.
"We're almost there!" Usagi called out.
Owl walked up on deck. "So we are."
