"Oh, no, I won't... I have a date with Ally by 7 p.m." He said. I didn't want him to spend time with Ally. He belonged with me, not Ally. I was his first love before Ally came into his life.
"But you have to come, so I won't feel alone, and you can bring Ally along and have your date there. It will be more than fun. My friends would be there, so please show up." I said as I placed my hand on his. I bite my bottom lip slowly. Trying to flirt. I bet he could tell I was flirting, which made me more embarrassed.
He chuckled. "Okay. You sure know how to convince someone. I will come." He finally said as he began to smile at me. I felt butterflies in my tummy, and that was when I knew I could get through to him without facing hard challenges. It was what I wanted to begin with. To have him with me.
"The show is about to start," I said as we both walked into the theater costume room.
