Izzy pondered on what Henry had told her as she walked back to her mother's ward. How was she going to protect her mother?
"Is everything okay?" Jeremy asked, startling her. She looked up and realized she had already arrived at her destination.
"Yeah sure," she said in a low voice as she stared at the floor.
If she was okay, why was she looking so downcast with a lost look in her eye?
"What did Henry say?" Jeremy asked.
"He said that my mum is getting better" she rested her back on the wall beside the door and stared at the wall in front of her.
Her mum was getting better. Wasn't that something to make her smile?
"Isn't that good news?"
"It is"
"Then why do you look so worried?" He asked as he stood in front of her. She looked at him for a second before looking down. The look of concern in his eyes was genuine.
