We been heading back to the castle we unfortunately had to take the long road thanks to my stupid head for not bringing the pegases, at least we had one horse and well Vex that can turn into a horse . We had to go through at least 3 cities to go through. We couldn't just fly over the mountain like we did last time . We where somewhere just a couple of km out of Silent hill. We need to restock and resupply as well to go to the tavern to get some food as well as something to drink . Silent hill was a old wooden village they was quite , small.Me, Rose ,Kitara and Vex decided that we should probably rest there.We have been travelling for a couple of days now . I woke up early and started to prepare for breakfast. I even managed to get eggs and bacon form trading leather and silver .I started by getting some fire wood luckily here where we started up camp were a lot of drying trees ,because of the wild fires that started last fall .
There it was the perfect tree it was small and dry. I chopped it down with my axe and took it back to camp .When I got there I saw Rose she was sitting staring at the clouds. She has fully recovered from the injuries. And she wasn't a wolf . It was just a speel and a calming injection that caused her to go wolf . Don't get me wrong she was so cute as a little wolf girl . I am just glad she is fine . "George can I help you start the fire " . " Oh I never took you for a pyro(I persone that likes fire ) .Haha Of course my Rose . I all ways need your help Rose." I said as I started to cut off the small branches from the small tree. I tried to chopped the tree in half to impress my Rose .Unfortunately I failed miserably. The axe got stuck and I couldn't pull it out when out of no where Vex appeared ,like wow he really must like appearing out of nowhere he does this all the time . Vex picked up the stuck axe with one hand and chopped the tree clear down the middle. "There you go King . Hoop I helped " He said as he mocked me by pating me hard an the back and winking at me . I know what he ment . He wanted to show off, but not for my Rose . But for is spark Kitara my older cousin.She is 2 years older than me and well Vex is 3 years different.They love each other . They are just friend tho . Well I picked up some branches and made a triangle shape with branches. There was only one thing left to do ."Lit it up Rose " I said as Rose used her powers and shot a fire ball into the fire pit. The fire wood took flame instantly. I grabbed a pan and cracked a egg an the steaming hot pan. I placed them an the pan sunny side up style. I salted the bacon. I picked up the golden brown eggs and placed the eggs on four plates each one with 2 eggs. I started to cooking the bacon an the pan over the fire pit .I heard the bacon sizzling. They must be ready they were nice and big pieces.It was a nice brown , not a black like Kitara makes its .She good at a lot of things except cooking is not one of them. I placed them .I made some coffee for me and Vex. We don't really like tea . I made some tea for Rose and Kitara. Than I gave everyone there meal we all ate eggs and bacon. It was delicious. "Thank you George. "Rose said with the biggest smile on her face .She had a child like wander in her eyes ."Glad you like it my Rose . " I said as I took he empty plate and cup . "Yeah good job King you should have been a royal chef I be the royal dishwasher " Vex said as he grabbed all the plates .He and Kitara when off to go and wash them.
"Rose are you ready to leave Rose ,did you pack up all your stuff." I asked her to make sure she actually didn't forget anything. "Wait I forgot to packed my clothes.I will be right back George " She said as she bolted to her tent. I went to my tent and started to pack it up . I called my hores to suit up all my stuff. Kitara and Vex come over ,they were finished cleaning and packing. we were all ready to go . Rose also had finished. We all got saddled up and started travelling to Silent Hill.
When we got there I hired a stable to stoor my horse.The town were old and the streets were almost abandoned . Something felt so off ,but I just shaked the feeling away . We walked through the town there was a saloon, barber,gunshop,as well as a tavern . We made it I talked to the shopkeeper. " May I have 2 rooms please."I said as a place 14 coins an the saloon table ."Thank you sir .Your rooms are 3 and 5 ."She said as she gave me a smile and took the coins . We went to the nearest table and sat there when a waited for the waitress to come to take our order "Can I have 8 pheasant as well as some ale and wine for the ladies. " I said as the waitress wrote it down an a piece of paper. "Sure sir is that all .." She got interrupted by a woman screaming outside the tavern." Ahhh a dead body " we heard from outside. People started talking. " Oh no not another victim of the Reaper. This is the 6th dead body this week.All of his victims were girls if only we had a king to help us .Yhea a real king how doesn't abandoned his poeple at there time of need " The people talked amongst themselves.
"Wait one at a time. Your telling there a killer lurking .How only kill women .This king better be kidding. Leaving his she sheep out for the wolf in disguise ,I really hoop these are lies .Is there someone one the case? ."I said questioning their King's rulership. "There is no one willing to help a small town with little to pay . Pls kind prince help us reclaim our town .So are children can walk the street freely and safely again. " The waitress said .
I rushed out to go and inspect the body .It was a lady she was wearing excellent and wealthy clothes . She hade a pale white skin . She also wear a hat with a secret message or meaning. The killer most be good at killing, She had a quick and easy death . So he not using the body for anything. I should probably see if she really did kick the bucke don'twant her to hunt me for . I check her pulse ,but she was dead . Her body still warm . I decided to question some witnesses ,but first I needed questions, data I needed more information about this lady .I needed to see the sheriff tomorrow about all this or the king he needs to know what is going on in this town . I ran up to the shopkeeper. "I need your help identifying this lady If I may borrow you for a moment please. "I said as I sat down an my chair. I was hungry so we all ate first after Kitara and Rose stayed in side they were tired of the journey .To be honest so was I ,so I took a nap in Vex and my room. I woke up to a load and annoying Vex shouting this in my ear ."Wake up prince the murder is not going to wait for you . " I got up putting my boots back an and I hand a brilliant idea to first question the witnesses. So Vex and I went on to investigate this case. I used to try and find out where my dead sister was buird well intell .I realise It was A good ,wild goose chase .
I went to get the only eye witness. She was the most unlikely out of the bunched to have killed her she was at the far side of town . I walked up to my first witness .She was a Blonde beautiful, well not as beautiful as my Rose .She had green eyes and weared a big long laces yellow dress . She was about 21 years of age." I was minding my own business milking cows when at of no where. He come . The man how killed women. How probably will ha.....Thank the lord I look like a men today or else I could have been his victim . He walked past my ranch and looked me.Thank you so much Prince . For taking on a quest no one wants to help us with. "She said as she smiled at me .
