Jill and James oversaw the research into figuring out what exactly was the poison that Kat had claimed to have laced the dagger with even sampling the source from the dagger. It had indeed been mixed with high consecrations of silver dust and garlic powder but other than that they were struggling to pinpoint the actual poison used. Yet this was not the worst part of Kat once more being in the med bay.
In another part of the base leaders of some of the factions within the alliance had snuck off to discuss the weakness within the chain of command and the focus of those in charge. This of course lead to disorder and in fighting within the council as many saw a opening at the top and sought to fill a void which wasn't actually there.
