Maximus growled before running head first at Kat making a downward slash with the battle axe to which Kat blocked and deflected with both katana. Maximus returned with a sideways swing which was again deflected away with both katana. This continued for sometime as neither of the two could gain any ground or advantage over the other.
Now when it looked as if this would continue to go on almost until the end of time Kat grinned before stepping out of the way just as Maximus' axe came swinging down. Kat then stabbed down with one katana holding the axe down while slashing upward with the other slicing off both of Maximus' hands.
"Ahhhh!" screamed Maximus as he stumbled back onto his knees staring at where his hands had just recently been.
"You ready to surrender?" called Kat with a half grin as he pointed the katana in his left hand at Maximus' throat, "Do so and I'll get a healer to look at those arms of yours."
