"I don't understand these children are your kin?" asked Bastet giving both Kat and Katherine a quick glance as she was starting to realize why she was having feelings for them, it must've been the Vul-Tar charm.
"Yes my beloved Bastet, their ancestors link back to more than five of my children. It is what attracted Geras to them in the first place." explained Vul-Tar with a sigh as he looked down on Kat laying within Katherine's arms. "It is also why he was able last long enough to complete the spell, afterall time energy is in his blood."
"Then I can save him?" softly asked Katherine placing a hand on Kat's chest and looking up at Vul-Tar. "I'm his sister thus the same time energy that flows through his blood should be in mine as well."
