After getting dressed and giving Manitou a kiss on the forehead Kat exited the tunnels and returned to his buggy. Now using a seeing stone he located the enemy fortress. So with a smile he fired up the engine of the buggy and took off into the night time woods of Michigan.
It was about midnight when he located the old black stone castle like fortress in the middle of the woods hidden from the human eye bye ancient enchantments and spells. Thus with a sigh Kat flipped a switch on his buggy sending its transponder signal back to the O'Hare Compound where Val was waiting with the rest of the army for the final push.
As for Kat he scouted out the fortress while he waited for them to arrive. Thus first was a scan of the walls which showed that the walls were protected by a great deal of supernatural magic and resistance. Thus using magic or brute strength thus it will take a completely new and unique method to penetrate the fortress' defenses or at least the outer wall.
