The next night in a joint assembly of both councils Kat stood in the center ready to address both councils but first he felt like keeping them in suspense for just a little bit longer. Thus with a grin he first made eye contact with Derek and Val before looking over at Rebekah and Vixi before letting out a sigh and finally addressing them.
