--The Nydisian Kingdom, The Castle, The King's Parlour--
The King's parlour was in a very private area of the castle with large glass doors that led to the outdoors, the view appeared just over the hill. The area seemed very secluded from the rest of the castle, all that could be heard was the silent wind along with the slight chirping of birds.
After sparring with the Captain, Lucian was now seated in the parlour waiting for the Elder to arrive.
His eyes were closed as he leaned into the couch enjoying the flowing breeze of the late afternoon, it had been some time since he last rested.
"Thank you, Killian," A woman's voice said as the door closed. Lucian opened his eyes to see Anastasia take a seat in front of him. The woman was a purebred vampire but she had lived several lifetimes over meaning the knowledge she held was formidable.
