NARRATOR'S POV
Inside the room, there was nothing but complete darkness and eerie silence. Rachelle with her vision stolen away by the shadows of the night tried her best to find her way out of the room. Sensitive fingertips touch all the surface, guiding her through the room.
Finally, she reached the door. Her hands wrapping themselves around the cold knob. Twisting it slowly, her heartbeat quickened. She was uncertain but she could feel that something was not right.
As she stepped out of her room, Rachelle was greeted by the darkness of the hall. Sucking her breath she could feel her heart tighten, fear welling up in her chest. Her chest while her lungs felt as if they were on fire.
