NARRATOR'S POV

                                Why does time pass too quickly when you're happy? Hours turn into minutes, the minutes turn into seconds. The day was vanishing away before you could even realize everything.

The wind blew, the sweet scent of flowers mixed with the warm breeze. Creating a calming sensation in the nerve. The sun is now in the darker shade of red and orange mixed together forming a golden curtain of light.

The blanket under the tree was now moved to the shore of the lake. Now that the sun is inching closer to the horizon, the young lovers no longer find it necessary to hide from the celestial giant.

Rachelle and Alexander lay in the blanket, their heads are side by side but their bodies are facing the opposite directions.
