"I don't know that part.But I do know that that's how each of the victims was picked.The website is called 'createmate'.It basically allows you to meet the person of your dreams.You describe the type of person you want;height,hair and eye colour.You can even put down the job you want them to have.
Then it tracks and sends you a list of all the people that match your description.I went through all the victims phones and all of them were using it.Now,the thing is;each person is anonymous.The website allows you to choose a code name.You can only texting someone who shows up on your list.
All the victims we texting the same person.This person uses the name Rosa roja.Which is Spanish for red rose."

"Not exactly.The app they text on offers complete privacy.You only know who you're talking to if that person reveals their identity to you.But I'm hoping I can find out who is on Rosa's list.That way,we can find out if they have any information on who this Rosa is."
