Chapter 8 - Chapter 8 - Immortal Bloodline Sect

After a day of farming monsters, Magnus went back to the City. He was quite exhausted so after getting to a safe spot he logged out. Basically, you can log out anywhere as long as you're not in battle mode. The only problem with that is when logging in you may encounter a monster or even players and end up dead.

After logging off, he went to the bathroom to wash. His physique is now improving. The capsule can provide nutrients, as long as you have food packs. It's a tube-like food, it contains a lot of nutrients. It could be inserted in the capsule and as long as you're in there you definitely won't feel hunger.

He then went back to his room and started doing push-ups. He's been doing it since the first day he transmigrated. He would stay in-game for 14 hours, spend 2 hours for his exercises, and 8 hours for sleep.

At first, he could only do at most 6 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, and 10 mins squats. But now, a month later, he could do at least 50 push-ups, 70 sit-ups, and an hour of squats. He's an improvement is ridiculously good. Thanks to his perseverance, that is.

After finishing up, he changed his clothes and sleep for 8 hours (he set an alarm). Then he played the game.

Now Magnus is Level 45, which is enough to establish a guild. He only needs 1,000 gold coins and it would be done. Luckily, last month he has accumulated a lot of Bronze tier weapons. He could sell it for 5-10 Gold coins each. Actually, he could just look for Fiery Wing and Mighty Connor and they'll be more than willing to fork out a few Gold coins for the fee. But this didn't even pass to his thoughts.

Back in his past life, when he established the Immortal Bloodline Sect he never had any help. He would approach people who he thinks is good enough and slowly formed the Elite group. Sometimes he would need to exchange blows, the stakes are his life and their submission.

Magnus went to a huge building that has Trading Hall written on a sign in the entrance. The Trading Hall has a lot of players, around a hundred of em'. They're scrolling through the shops.

Magnus paid 100 silvers to set up a stall. He then put the hundred or so Bronze tier items. He didn't sell his Iron nor Silver Tier items. He planned that when he established the guild he would build an Auction house and then sell those items.

In the game, there are still a few players who are fully equipped with Iron Tier items. After posting the items he made a small banner that says "Selling over a hundred Bronze Tier items at a very affordable price!!"

The system will get 5% of the total sales for taxes. While the pricing of the item can be set by the shop owner or you can also let the system evaluate its value. Magnus chose the latter, obviously. It would be a disaster for determining the value of a hundred items. The prices of his items range from 2-8 Gold coins. After setting the shop it immediately causes an uproar.

"F*ck! Hundred Bronze Tier items! How can someone horde that many items?"

"Of course, they grinded it. Duh."

"Man, the question is how long did they grinded it for?"

"The person sure has extreme luck. Nevertheless, there are only three things I need to do: Buy! Buy! Buy!"

...

Magnus kept on hearing from the system that a certain item is sold. He left the Trading Hall with a grin. He went to a bar and contacted Fiery Wing and Mighty Connor, informing them that he would establish the guild in approximately three hours. Which of course, shocked both of them.

In order to build a guild, the only requirement is 1000 Gold coins and to be Level 45. It's only been a day or two since they separated and went on their own. Yes, they know how OP this guy is in fighting. But, he's only Level 23 when they last saw him and now he's Level 45. Fiery Wing is still Level 33 while Connor is Level 35.

The level gap soar within just one day or two! If they give this man a month of time just to grind levels, he might successfully reach the level cap!

"Bro you're really something else. You've already overtaken us. And for the fee, I will give 500 Gold coins for it." Connor said. Although 500 Gold coins are equal to 500 USD, which is a small amount for them the system doesn't have a Gold-USD exchange yet. So farming 500 Gold Coins is really quite a challenge.

"Yeah, I'll cover the other 500 too," exclaimed Fiery Wing.

"Haha, brothers you don't have to fork out your money. You need to buy items in order to get strong and remember only strongs can be recruited to my guild. Besides, with my lifestyle class, I can make money easily." Magnus said.

Feeling embarrassed, the two asked on how will Magnus get the 1000 Gold Coins in three hours. Magnus explained it to them happily.

After hearing it they're again bewildered. Selling hundreds of Bronze tier items in one go this early in the game seems quite extraordinary.

Then they asked how did he get those items. Magnus, again, explain it two them. He told them that he got Items from fishing and with the help of Victor his experience boosted and the chance of getting items increased.

The two of them sighed, seemingly wondering why they didn't choose Lifestyle class instead. Seeing the two Magnus chuckled and decided to sell them the Silver Tier items half the price, only one each though. These immediately made the two ecstatic, forget about Silver Tiers even Iron tiers are rare right now.

Magnus earned a total of 20,000 USD. The three of them chatted while drinking beer from the bar. Even beers here taste good. For Magnus, the taste is quite weird. Alcohols had never gotten him drunk, even when young he never got drunk. Maybe because he's a natural drinker, and that causes him to drink wine like water in his past life. He only drinks wine and drinking beer is quite a new thing to him.

Three hours have passed, the items he put on sale was already sold out. He earned a total of 1,148 Gold coins, tax included. He already has enough to establish a guild. The three then went to the City Hall, where they can establish the guild.

The process went very smoothly as they're only a few players inside to settle menial things. And finally, the Immortal Bloodline Sect is now officially online!

...

"Bro! Your luck is freaking amazing. We're just seconds early!" Fiery Wing said, elated.

"Haha, yeah I know." Magnus replied nonchalantly, he already knows that his luck is out of this world.

Magnus then added the two and made them a core member. A guild also has a hierarchy, Outer members (newest recruits), Inner Members, Core members, Deputy Guild Master, and lastly Guild Master. Magnus didn't assign any of them as Deputy Guild Master.

Members can level their status in a guild up by participating in guild raids or guild activities. Once they have enough points they will have the right to have a higher status. The Guild Master can of course pull and push people in their status.

Currently, they only have three members and has no base or guild house yet. That is Magnus's next project. He then checked their Guild Panel.

'Hmm, nothing particularly important. Only the Guild House seems quite significant. Guild Bank and Guild Management AI aren't important for now since we only have three members. Let's settle the Guild House, and about that let's check how this Deed Title works.'

[Deed Title - a deed of 100 square meter Guild House(you can pick the design). Can be used in a city. Can only be used once in every Guild.]

In the game, there are two types of Deed Titles. First is a City Deed Title, like the one Magnus and company have, this type of Deed Title can only be used within a city. You can buy this from the Castellan if your affinity to him is high enough. A city can only contain three guilds. The second type is a Territorial Deed Title, this type of Deed Title can only be used within a specific place. The place could be a mountain full of the beast, the Orc Town, or a certain area that has NPCs. Basically, anywhere that is not a City could have a Territorial Deed Title. There's a chance you'll get it by killing a boss within that certain area.

The trio then strode and scrutinized the three areas where the Deed Title could be used. The areas are relatively populated. These areas are reserved for guild houses, the Immortal Bloodline Sect is the first to build a Guild House in this city so they have the privilege of choosing the best possible area.

The first is near the Spawn point or the place where players would be teleported to. The is second near the Business District, exactly where shops and the Trading Hall is situated. The third is near the Class Camps where Class mentors are situated in.

The two picked the one near the Spawn point as all the players will use a Return Stone (A stone used to teleport to the city it was given, can be used infinitely as long as the player isn't in combat. You can get this by doing a quest in that City which is relatively easy.) and would appear there every time. Their Guild House will also be easy to approach every player in the Azure Dragon City.

Magnus rejected the idea. He stated every reason why he's against it, the two could only say 'Okay'. Magnus prompted that they choose the one near the Business District. He said, "If we choose this area we can easily approach shops, that would be convenient because we can buy items or equipment with ease. I also plan to build an Auction House, so being near the Business District would be great for advertisement."

"Oh okay then since you paid we'll just compromise."

"Yeah, I also have nothing to say."

With everyone now agreeing to his idea he immediately selected the area...
