My lovely husband helped me get dressed.
"Stay still, my dear," he said when I couldn't stop my hands from squeezing the muscles of his arms.
He looked so attractive helping take out my nightdress and tieing my dress on my back as he put the shoes on my feet. His hands were doing it with such fragility that I was feeling shivers on my back but at the same time, a warm feeling was entering my heart.
I could feel the beating speeding whenever he touched my hair to arrange it in a soft bun on the back. Then as if on script he landed a kiss on my cheek.
Everything would be perfect if not for the man trying to put a veil to cover my face. Again with the veil thing… sigh.
"Stop it," I said as I was already slaping his hands from going overboard. "I am not wearing a veil."
"But…"
"I won't," I crossed my arms and he frowned. Was he mad?
"Okay… but, you should stay with me at every moment."
