"How many more plants are we going to water?"
Shaun wiped the sweats on his forehead and asked. He roamed his gaze in the school garden just below their classroom. He and Lilith were cleaners today and it was their duty to water the plants.
He's the one who fetched water from the nearest washrooms while the female was the one watering the plants using a sprinkler.
"We still have two rows. I told you to rest." Lilith snorted at him, seeing how tired the guy is. She pointed at the bench and ordered him to sit.
Thye butterflies around those flowering plants flapped their wings. Lively after taking some pollen on their way. Some bees were also there, buzzing them off.
Shaun untucked his two buttons, partly exposing his chest as he sighed. He huffed back the breaths from carrying the pails. There was a hose that they can use, but it got broken yesterday and they have no choice but to use their hands to get water.
