"Welcome!"
Anna blinked after seeing the figure sluggishly approaching the counter. The smiling customer who's always noisy was shut today. She watched the guy take something from the display fridge.
"I'm going to buy this." Shaun put a cola on the counter along with his card. He sighed deeply with his lips curved downwards.
When Anna swiped the car, her eyes caught something that she immediately grabbed Shaun's hand. "What happened to your palm?" she asked, examining if it was deep or not.
Shaun got startled, he looked down and saw his palm with a few traces of blood. Come to think of it, he didn't put any attention to it after what happened in the morning. Maybe he accidentally scraped it on the wall when Sean pushed him.
It was possible, Sean was strong. He can even knock out ten men. "It's nothing," he replied.
Just by recalling it made him even more gloomy. He didn't want to remember it today. He already distracted himself in the class.
