Chapter 22 - Can you do me a favor?

"Hey! If you came here just to play your nintendo, better head home"

Seeing Shaun playing the whole time with his Nintendo loudspeaker on made Lilith frowned. "It's too noisy, Shaun"

"K.O!!" The boy sitting near the window with his crossed legs on the desk, exclaimed. He slid the Nintendo on the desk and put his hands on his head while stretching the chair back and forth. "Are there any new members for the art class?" Shaun asked.

"Why suddenly ask?" William asked.

Shaun frowned, "Shut up, William..I'm not asking you, I'm asking Lilith" he snorted.

William shrugged, "You didn't even give a name" then he went back to his guitar practicing at the corner of the student council office.

Shaun eyed him and put his hands beside his mouth, "Ey Lilith, why are you not scolding William over here, he's also making noise by playing the guitar..this is not the music room, why is this human even here?..this is descrimination," he tried to make his voice louder to reached the girl sitting in the front desk with Liechael.

Lilith ignored his words and answered his first question instead. "Some students are more excited to enjoy and watch the event rather than participating in the art exhibit" she said with a little disappointment.

Shaun put his legs down and gazed at Liechael, "You really think you can handle this, Chael?" he crossed his arms. "I can help you, but only half of the work."

"What's wrong with you today?" Lilith butted in. It's very rare for Shaun to give a hand. Though he's obedient if you ask and order him.

Liechael, who's busy checking something on his laptop, pushed a pile of newly made posters as soon as Shaun approached their desk. "Here are the new posters, I want to distribute it and put one on the bulletin board," he said.

Shaun picked up one piece from the stock of posters, "Let me put this one at the bulletin board," He was about to walk when a light grasp pulled the hem of his sleeves. He turned his head and asked, "What is it?"

Lilith picked 10 pieces of posters and pushed it into Shaun. "Are you dumb? The wind is quite strong, what if that one flew away? Bring at least 10 pieces," she said before sitting back.

Shaun waved his hands before exiting the room. As soon as he reached the open area of the main building, the air literally blew into his face. Some leaves hitted his feet and he saw the sweepers frowning because of it.

He approached the bulletin board and was about to post one when the wind blew away the papers next to him. Shaun dashed to the open and picked up the posters with the help of the sweepers. They bowed their heads and went back to their duties.

Shaun was about to head back when the sides of his eyes hitted some suspicious students near the bench under the tree. He recognized them, three 3rd years and one 2nd year student. His hands loosened one poster unconsciously, then it fled to their place.

Shaun saw this small boy being squeezed by the two upperclassmen. This boy had this unexplainable expression on his face, anxious and scared.

"Hey third years" He took a step closer to them and put his hand in his pockets, observing their suspicious moves.

Railey glanced at him then he laughed. "Oh, it's the pretty boy...the school prince," his two underlings holding Justin, laughed. "If you don't want to hurt your pretty face then stay away from our business,"

Imagining his handsome face being bruised and wounded made him scowled. "Too cruel!" he snorted. "How dare you hurt my handsome face,"

Though the third years didn't take it seriously, they just mocked him and were about to walked away when Justin glanced at him with teary eyes.

"Hey, I'm not yet finish talking, how rude"

Shaun's voice traveled to them, which gave them shivers. It made Railey annoyed at the same time so he ordered the two upperclassmen to follow him as they surrounded Shaun with their cracking knuckles and intimidating looks.

"Don't you love your pretty face anymore, huh?"

Shaun stayed still, with his composure. He scanned Railey from head to toe then he smiled. "I don't want to fight you," he said out loud.

Hearing this, Justin trembled more. For sure, this student will become another victim like him. And this person is not an ordinary student, It's Shaun Barton, the school's prodigy gamer and prince. What will happen if his parents blame Justion for this? What will he do? He had no power to save himself. He stood up. He needed to stop Railey and his friends before the big disaster. But it was too late, Railey was already charging towards Shaun.

BAAM!!

As soon as Justin opened his eyes, he jumped away. Railey was beside him, with his bleeding face. While his two underlings are on the ground, shaking and apologizing to Shaun.

Justin turned more stiff when Shaun approached him and crouched down. "Are you alright? You're trembling" he said.

"W-W-What d-did y-you d-do to h-him?" Justin stuttered.

"Oh?" Shaun shoots a quick glance to Railey, who's now being carried by his two underlings. He smiled and rubbed the back of his head. "I kicked him in the face,"

The frail boy in front of him became more frightened. "You k-kick him i-in the face??!!!!!" Justin almost yelled with his bawling eyes. Before his nervousness overtook him, he bowed his head. "Thank you very much!!"

"Ehehe..it's not really that important," Shaun picked up the paper that was still beside Justin's feet. "Oh, I got the last one," he mumbled. "I will be going now, Lilith will scold me if I take too long," then he frowned.

"Wait!!!" Justin lifted himself and pulled Shaun's hem. "I want to do something in return, because you helped me!!" he exclaimed.

An evil grin occupied Shaun's lips as he turned around. He gave the poster back to Justin and said. "Then, Can you do me a favor?"
