Getting that imperial decree isn't as easy as I thought. The vultures in the palace don't seem to waste time getting into the little emperor's head.
A few days after the coronation, I rush into Fenghui (little emperor) 's palace to urge him to get that decree. Fenghui had moved into Fengwu's palace. Entering his courtyard, I see Noble Consort Dowager Shufei's entourage standing outside. What was she doing here? Just as I am about to enter, I see the eunuch wanting to announce me so I stop him. Entering inside, I see Noble Consort Dowager Shufei feeding Fenghui.
I had initially wanted them to spend some time together since they were mother and son. But now it is very obvious that Noble Consort Dowager Shufei was not willing put up a white flag. She had been hoping Fengwu would finally allow her and son to reunite while naming her Queen Mother. Too bad Fengwu was a swine till the very end.
