*Wu Lijuan's POV
"Tell me! What's happening to me?!" I say trying to shout but wince from the pain.
"Juan'er, I'm sorry. You lost the baby" Madam Wu said
"Lost the baby?" I ask confused.
"Yes. I'm so sorry." General Wu said
"What do you mean I lost the baby?! Xing'er! What are they saying?" I shout holding my head. At this point, I feel awful. Chaoxing rushes to my side and lays me down slowly.
"Juan'er needs to rest. Can I please ask you all to please leave" Chaoxing said
I close my eyes momentarily and regret it. I have a spitting headache but I manage to sit up. Chaoxing tries to make me lie down but I stop him.
"What rubbish were they saying? Lost the baby? What happened Xing'er?" I ask
Chaoxing stands up and paces around. He seems to be avoiding me.
"Genji, how did you get pregnant?" He asked
"Pregnant? What are you saying?" I ask
"Someone poisoned you. The physician said you were five months pregnant and you lost the baby" He said
"What?"
