*Li Juan's POV
I stayed outside waiting for the emperor to come out. He had gone in when we saw lady liu enter a brothel. I still couldn't put my hand on any evidence that could implicate the Liu family.
Deciding to check on the emperor, I opened the door and saw the emperor laying unconscious. I immediately sneak back into the Liu manor and open the emperor's room.
Laying him down, I turn to Bao jing.
"What happened to his majesty? Why is he unconscious?" He asked.
" I don't have time to explain. Please get me a bowl of water and cloth" I said turning to the emperor.
I didn't have any medical knowledge and summoning a physician wouldn't be a good idea. Suddenly remembering the mirror Tianfei gave me, I dismiss Bao jing.
I put the mirror in the water and wait. After some minutes, I see Tianfei climb into the room.
"Didn't you say you will come as soon as possible when I summon you?" I asked.
"Although I am from the Shijan clan, I am human not a god." He says and checks the king's pulse.
After taking it, he stands up and writes something on a piece of paper.
"Take it. Make medicine according to my prescription and give him when he wakes up. He may be weak so ensure to keep him hydrated" he said and leaves.
Sitting down by the king's side, I take the cloth and dip it in the warm water. After I use it to wipe his head.
"Juan'er! Juan'er!! Why did you leave me?"
It seems the emperor was talking in his sleep. Bending down, I try to listen to what he is saying.
"Juan'er! Juan'er, Where are you? Who are you? You are not Li juan. Why are you in Li Juan's body?" He says.
Turning cold, I fall down from the bed. Could it be that he knew? Has he been deceiving me?
"Juan'er!!!!!!" He screams waking up..
Standing up, I face the emperor in shock. Shock not from seeing him awake but from what I heard.
"How long have you known?" I asked
"Known what?" He asked.
"How long have you known I wasn't Li juan?!! Tell me!!" I shout.
"If you are planning on exposing yourself, do it when am not around" he said.
" So you knew all this time? You lied to me and you deceived me. How could you do such a thing?" I asked.
" I think its other way around. You lied to me and you are the one that deceived me" he said.
"But you knew!"
"I did. Still, if I didn't know, would you have told me? Well, Tianfei explained everything to me after the blast. Li Juan's soul had scattered after the phoenix blast and you had taken over her body. We both lied to each other. Let's just put this behind us" he said.
I knew there wasn't much I could do. It was best I didn't pursue this matter or he could expose me.
" What happened to you? Why were you unconscious?" I asked.
Sitting up, he wore his imperial robe.
" First, what is your name?" He asked.
" I am Wang Genji. I am from the future. And before you ask, I know nothing about Han's future. I didn't like history" I said.
" I wasn't going to ask. You don't look intelligent anyway" he said.
"And you didn't look like a jerk but guess what? You are!" I said and slam the door angry.
