"ME TOO... I. LOVE. YOU.." she whispered. The words I took for granted before. How long has it been since the last time I heard this? I never wanted more than her but she gave me our daughter.. yet because of the unwritten rule that angels and demons cannot be together, our lives were ruined.
"THANK YOU." I responded while smiling. I hugged her even tighter, feeling the warmth of her body.
She suddenly giggled and so I held her head and stared at her face.
"W... why?.. Did I say something funny?"
"N... no"
"So?..."
"I remembered the first time we met. This was the reason why I fell in love with you." She responded without opening her eyes. Celestine's cheeks were a bit red.
