Sun must have been heading towards west or maybe a cloud must have crossed it as the light under the canopy became dull and shifted its shade from bright emerald green to a dark topaz green. The small animals around us were busy in their own activities. Squirrels sprinted everywhere around the ground and on the tree trunks. I could hear birds cheeping from a distance, their voices dissolving into one and turning into a continuous harmonic sound. The forest was green and full of life.
I had completed writing all the spells I needed and closed my journal and handed Finn's journal to him. He breathed deeply before continuing with his story.
