"I suppose you might want to wait until tomorrow for the next lesson since it's already eight thirty pm now." He replied and my body jumped in shock.
"What?" I averted my eyes from him to look for my bag and grabbed it as soon as I saw it. In a hurried way, I lunged towards the exit door and then looked at Finn signaling him to open it. I was more than late. While I was engaged in witchcraft lessons, I had completely forgotten the fact that Grace always arrives at home by nine pm and I only had thirty minutes left now.
"I need to get home before nine." I muttered under my breath but Finn seemed to have heard it as he said.
"You forgot the bracelet." He picked it up and held it out to show me. I took it from him and wrapped it around my wrist.
"Do you have a curfew?" His head was angled slightly towards left where I was standing and he raised one of his eyebrows as he asked and pressed the combination of numbers in the keypad on the wall to open it.
