It was nine, when Grace parked the chevrolet in the driveway and stepped inside the house. Her face turned into a bright smile when she saw Cee standing beside me.
"Cecelia?" She was surprised to see her.
"It's me." Cee advanced to her and pulled her into an embrace.
"How have you been?" Grace asked pulling out of the hug and keeping her hands on Cee's shoulders. Her hazel brown eyes lit up as she smiled.
"I've been great Grace." Cee took a step back and locked her hands behind.
"She can stay here tonight, right?" I pleaded. "I've already asked her."
"Of course she can stay here. We would be happy to have you here Cecelia" Grace took out her work shoes and stepped into house slippers. "I'll go get changed. You two talk till then." She said and excused herself into her room.
"So how are you going to bring up the topic?" I asked.
