"Mommy, Chocolates," Eve whined.
"No more chocolates, Eve. You have had enough for one day," Lily replied.
"Come on, Lily. Let the poor girl have some chocolates. How can you deny that beautiful face," Daisy said, pinching both of Eve's cheeks.
Eve definitely took after her for her love of chocolates. Especially during pregnancy. Lily always knew she loved chocolates, when Eve was seven months in her womb, the cravings for chocolates had intensified. She wanted to have anything with chocolates in it.
They had just finished having dinner and was sitting lazily in the living room. Lily's husband had excused himself earlier. He said he needed to catch up with old friends. By old friend, the two women knew exactly who he was talking about.
"Don't spoil her with sweets, Daisy."
"Just one more won't cause any harm, right Eve?"
Eve nodded frantically at Daisy.
