Michael was seen wearing a red short-sleeved shirt, his hair neatly arranged, and he walked with his face down. The distance between him and Gabby was only 10 steps.
As Michael felt his head being lifted, he looked up slowly. Gabby, the girl he hadn't seen in a long time, was standing with a stack of books.
Gabby widened her eyes, and hid her head behind the pile of books. After taking a deep breath, she stepped her feet while trying to put on a flat facial expression.
The orange light that came in through the large window, fell on Gabby and Michael's bodies. As the girl walked past him, he felt a cold wind on his arm. He turned his head, and saw Gabby's hair getting long, moving right and left.
Gabby tried her best not to slip or fall as she tripped on her own feet. Even though she felt Michael's eyes still following her, she still didn't turn her head.
