After Michael parked the car, the two teenagers got out of the car. The scorching sunlight made them squint their eyes.
"Why do you suddenly want to change your cell phone?" Michael put both hands into his pants pockets. "Isn't your current phone still okay?"
"So what? My old cell phone is out of date, so I want to get a new one," Gabby replied. Like twins, both teenagers stuck their hands into their pockets.
"Just curious, how come your mother agreed to buy you a new phone," Michael replied, shrugging his shoulders.
Like a toddler who had just bought a balloon, Gabby smiled broadly, "My mother didn't agree at first, but since I showered her with affection, my mom finally agreed!"
Hearing that made Michael couldn't help laughing. But he immediately bit his lower lip when he saw Gabby turn and glare at him.
"Hey, hey, why are you laughing? Is there anything funny?" Gabby exclaimed, her face was turning red.
