The weather was cold that day. The wind was blowing so hard that Gabby's hair was messy. As usual, Gabby waited for Michael in the backyard for his lunch.

"Where the hell is the kid?" Gabby muttered. She shuffled her feet uneasily. It's not that Gabby didn't want to eat her mother's cooking, it's just that the dishes that Michael brought tasted a lot better.
After 15 minutes had passed with no sign of Michael coming, Gabby decided to eat her own lunch.
-
"Michael! Here is food for you." Elizabeth exclaimed as she handed the lunch box, "Ah! This also has steamed buns, I stopped by the supermarket first before coming here."
Hearing Elizabeth's voice made Michael feel full at once. At first, Michael wanted to buy food in the canteen and then take it to the backyard of the school. Not to spend the breaktime with Gabby, it's just that the backyard was his only comfort zone at school.
"Thanks." Michael replied briefly while taking the food offered by his classmate.
When Michael wanted to leave the classroom and bring his food, Elizabeth held his wrist, "Eat here please! I want to ask your opinion about my cooking."
-
After finishing her meal, Gabby headed straight to her class and found Elizabeth sitting beside Michael. The boy was looking uncomfortable. Every now and then Michael avoided the woman's gaze.
'Oh, so this is the reason why he doesn't eat with me?' Gabby muttered in her mind. She felt an ugly feeling growing inside her heart. The feeling grew even more when Elizabeth grabbed Michael's arm.
Gabby stepped closer to the table where they were talking, and overheard their conversation.
"How's my cooking today, Michael?" Elizabeth asked while playing with the hem of Michael's school shirt.
"Delicious." Michael replied shortly.
Seeing Gabby walking over, Elizabeth immediately got up from Gabby's chair, walked over to her and whispered, "Don't even think of stealing Michael from me."
Gabby's eyes widened in shock at Elizabeth's words. Before she had time to reply to her threat, she saw that Elizabeth had walked back to her chair, wagging her long hair. The girl was baffled and blinked repeatedly, as if she couldn't believe what she had heard. She then sat down and dragged her chair a little distance away from Michael.
"What does your girl want huh? I just want to be with you!" Gabby snorted while looking at Michael, "What are you doing eating her lunch after all?"
"Wow, are you crazy? She is not my girl!" Michael was annoyed by what she said, "Why? You're jealous right? You're jealous because Elizabeth gave me lunch?"
"What? Don't be ridiculous! You're the one who's crazy here! Why would I get jealous of you?! It's too bothersome!" Gabby argued while banging on the table causing the class to look their way.
"Yeah, whatever. I'm too lazy to make a fuss with you. It's a waste of time." Michael replied in a shaky voice. For some reason, seeing Gabby angry made Michael feel a little scared.
"Who the hell wants to make a fuss with you!" Gabby rolled her eyes, then looked away from Michael's face.

Gabby's parents were always busy working, sometimes even on Saturdays and Sundays they would bring their work home. This caused Gabby to play outside the house a lot, sometimes with her friends playing basketball or walking around the neighborhood with Nara.
Lately, Gabby felt that Nara was her only friend because almost all of her friends couldn't spend their time with her. She had thought about making new friends, but it's just that her anti-social spirit was too strong to help her make many friends.
The sun began to set, telling Gabby she needed to pull Nara's rope to return to their house. From a distance she could see the fence of Michael's house next to her house.
Seeing Michael's fence made Gabby remember what happened yesterday afternoon at school. 'Heh. How could that idiot think I'm jealous.' Gabby muttered to herself.
Gabby thought there was no way a guy like Michael could make her jealous. Just seeing his face made her want to laugh at him.
Annoyed, Gabby walked to Michael's house and tried to look inside without thinking. She thought nobody would be around. As she looked to the side, Gabby saw that there was a rock the size of her fist that caused a wicked smile to grow on her face.
'So don't hang around with me.' Gabby let her evil thoughts take over her. She picked up the stone, her right foot set behind her, counting the cue then,
TAKE THIS!!!
As soon as she saw the glass window of Michael's house shattered, Gabby immediately grabbed Nara's rope and ran towards her house without looking back.
"I hope no one will see our action huh!" Gabby exclaimed, looking at Nara

If Agnes didn't remember that Gabby was her daughter, she might have chopped up the girl's body.
Not long after Gabby returned from taking Nara's evening walk, Adam came with the news that made Agnes angry. Adam brought CCTV footage showing her daughter throwing stones at Michael's window.
"Gabby!" Her mother shouted from downstairs.
Agnes heard the sound of small footsteps stop behind her, she turned around and saw Gabby massaging her head. If stares could kill, Gabby might be dead by now.
"What were you doing?!" Her mother snapped furiously. Her face flushed red with anger.
"Umm... That's... mom..." Gabby answered haltingly. She lowered her head, not daring to look at her mother's face.
"I don't want to hear your excuses!" Agnes said annoyed, she pointed to the stairs and said," Go to your room right now! Starting today and for the next one month you cannot leave the house other than to go to school or tutoring!"
Gabby's mouth was wide open, not expecting her mother to tell her to stay rotting in the house, "Mom! Isn't that too much? I just broke Michael's window because he pissed me off!"
"Just? You said just?! That's a big problem, Gabby!" Said her mother in a high tone, "If you apologize to Michael and Adam, maybe mom will reduce your punishment."
Agnes already knew that her daughter was never able to apologize, as if her ego was hurt every time she had to apologize. When Gabby was 12 years old, she broke a vase in the living room. Instead of apologizing, she blamed the slippery floor.
Gabby couldn't do anything about it, so she sighed softly and said, "Fine." Then turned around and walked up to her room.
-
When Gabby broke the window of his house, Michael was on the sofa reading a book. Luckily, the stone didn't hit his head.
When he heard the sound of broken glass, Adam hurriedly came carrying a broom in his hand. After knowing that someone threw a stone at the window of the house and broke it, Adam almost contacted the police and asked them to come to the house immediately.
Michael just rolled his eyes and asked Adam to calm down and look at the CCTV footage installed in front of the house. The young master looked at the window Gabby broke and thought, 'Is he actually a girl or a boy?'
"Young master, are you alright?" Adam politely asked. He stood behind Michael, his arms folded behind his back.
Michael turned around and nodded his head, "Ah, yes I'm fine." He smiled then continued, "I'll go up first, thank you for taking my place to Gabby's house."
Adam bowed and said, "With pleasure, young master."

The next day, as Michael had suspected, Gabby missed school. Even though this morning he had practiced in front of the mirror to choose what kind of expression he would show when Gabby apologized. There was a little bit of disappointment when Michael didn't see Gabby's nose at school.
-
Michael passed in front of Gabby's house when he came home after school and intended to ring the bell. He initially wanted to hear an apology from Gabby, but he gave up the idea when he saw Gabby sweeping her front yard.
Gabby didn't notice Michael and was still sweeping the house sullenly. Michael could see Gabby's mouth moving on its own without making a sound, as if she were grumbling to herself.
Without realizing it, Michael smiled at Gabby's behavior.
