Evelina felt sick on her stomach as the ground's movements lurched, her back experiencing another set of torture against the wooden floor. She could hear clicking somewhere in the darkness, a lot of shuffling. Clothes? Socks? Heavy breathes.
And she could smell flesh. Unfamiliar bodies, no blood nor open wounds. No vampires. Just breathing, living people.

Ugh. She hit her back on the floor again, darn it!
"What the bloody hell are you three doing here?"
Evelina opened her eyes to see a wobbling wooden ceiling above her. Somewhere beside the vampiress, West whispered to the someone, "Where you are is the only escape we have, Leila."

"These passengers saw you appear from nowhere! Nevermind your reason, do you expect them to have no reaction at all?"
Moving her head, the vampiress saw ten people, two were little children, huddled in the corner, trembling as they looked right at her. Or the people beside her.
