West grumbly put on the floral textured, rose wine coat that Leila somehow handed to him.

He was at the verge of running towards a dangerous situation, why on earth would he think of accepting a suit! Apparently, she revealed that Giles was the one who gave it to her "just in case West changes his mind." 

…which he did.

And just when he was sure that he wouldn't use it for anything, the guards decided for themselves that he was either not invited or a threat- just by looking at whatever he was wearing.

When had a suit ever been a sign of invitation? 

Really… he wouldn't be doing this at the entrance if he hadn't lost track of the vampires.

"I'm suited up already." He sighed, trying his best to fix his cravat. "I still don't see how this makes a difference when I already said that I'm from the Eglantine Theatre Troupe."

"Group?"

He just said-!
