The curtain had not yet fallen. 

The only thing that changed was the flat behind, showing no more walls of an empty mansion, the broken table nonexistent. Everything was now in dark blue-greens and muddy browns, the light dimmer, as the once domestic background became the deepest part of a forest..

On the new stage set-up came Arawn and Alliah, chests heaving. They seemed to have been running away from something, perhaps someone, offstage. Taking an exhausted pause in the middle of the woods, the man gave her a jar of liquid.

"Quite glad that I got you out of there, are you? The timing is perfect, especially since they're trying to marry you off."

"Quite. But is asking for my hand the only way to get me?" She took a quick sip, before returning it back to Arawn.
