Chapter 65 - Ape rampage

Felix watched as the raven chosen disappeared... leaving behind his ally the fat man who was eating bananas as if he wasn't even in a fight to the death with multiple people.

Now that he was all alone made the other teams want to team up to quickly get rid of him as he could be considered in a rather bad situation being all alone and surrounded by so many enemies.

The fox tribesmen started to run away along with their injured God's chosen to let her recover, but the woman suddenly got up as one of her tails finally disappeared and her body regenerated back to her peak.

She glared towards the direction of the ape fellow and gritted her teeth as she said:

"Let's teach those from the Haron continent who's boss!"

The others looked reluctantly at each other before, at her, she didn't take a hit to the head, did she?

She just got one-shot by one of them and they wanted to attack that big fellow? Even though there were more people here it wasn't known who would stab them in the back and allying with them in this situation was quite unwise.

One of the males dragged her by the collar as he said:

"We should hide, for now, there is no way we can do anything in this chaotic situation, considering you even lost one of your lives."

The woman cooled down before shaking her head and retreating along with her compatriots.

Bizkier moved his head indicating to Felix and the others that they should attack the retreating team of foxes.

Lindo nodded as he understood the signal and Felix didn't say anything as he disappeared, it wasn't anything personal.

Bizkier used his force field to fly as he took Lindo with him to block the way of the retreating foxes.

While they were blocking the way of the foxes the Balton team was encircling the Gorilla. Felix was tempted to attack the Gorilla with the Balton team but considering the Fox team already had an injured team and the big fellow smelled quite dangerous he decided to attack them.

In the end, it all came up to who survived, or at least that's what Felix thought as they didn't bother to explain to them most of the rules besides that they must fight... and considering the raven person attacked to kill it became obvious it was a deathmatch at this point.

The foxes were rather angry as they saw Bizkier and Lindo blocking their path but then they frowned as they didn't see Felix anywhere then they took a back-to-back formation to defend themselves from any sudden stealth attacks.

Bizkier chuckled as he unleashed his forcefield trying to push them into the ground but considering the acute senses of the Fox tribe, they moved gracefully as they dodged the advancing forcefield.

Bizkier frowned as he looked at Lindo and narrowed his eyes before moving them towards the Foxes on the ground below.

Lindo shook his head then pointed at this trunk which was glowing as he was using the forcefield, he couldn't go and attack as long as he used the forcefield or there was a chance for friendly fire to occur.

Bizkier understood and he turned off the forcefield, while it was a good impending tactic it wouldn't work well in a team unless he would be able to make his teammates immune to its effects which he couldn't... yet.

Felix didn't reveal himself as he crouched on the ground and his eyes were trained on the woman with 3 remaining tails, his eyes glazed over as he knew that she had 3 lives left. It seemed that dying once wasn't enough for God's chosen to be disqualified!

The woman kept a steady gaze as she tried to identify Felix's location while defending herself and her team by a combination of their Hex energy, they created a big barrier that could defend themselves from all the ranged attacks that Bizkier and Lindo threw at them.

Bizkier was a mixed fighter while Lindo was a melee fighter so of course, their ranged attacks were rather mediocre, Bizkier's being a little better than Lindo's but considering he couldn't use his strongest ranged attack or else he might impede Felix too, it couldn't be helped considering both of them couldn't see him, the thing about stealth experts was that they could be confusing both to enemies and allies in such situations.

While the foxes and Felix's team were in an impasse the Gorilla-Ape fellow had finished his last banana before he got up from the ground and dusted himself.

He looked around being quite puzzled why he was alone, some moments ago he was eating a banana with his teammates, and the next moment they all disappeared? Quite strange if someone asked him. He saw how the kangaroos and the spider were approaching him so he decided to ask where did his team go.

He suddenly disappeared from where he stood as he left behind a crater due to the immense speed and strength he used in his legs to approach the buff kangaroo and his team. Seeing the sudden rush from the Ape made the Kangaroo grit his teeth as his muscles twitched while he waited for the impact of the attack, he closed his eyes to dampen the pain to come only to find out... that nothing was coming?

He opened his eyes only to see the ape-like man quizzically looking at him before patting his shoulder which made him go 3 centimeters in the ground due to the weight of the palm and some blood spurted out of the corner of his mouth.

The ape looked at him for a few seconds before asking:

"You seem like an honest fellow, do you know where my teammates went?"

The kangaroo wanted to say something but he couldn't handle the internal injuries he had gotten from that single strike.

The shockwave from that palm went through his whole body and shook his red cells while cracking his hex energy pathways, even with his high amount of muscle percentage that blocked most of the attack he still ended up in this situation!

"I uh... *blegh*"

He vomited a mouthful of blood along with some gastric acid and what he ate beforehand which made the ape quite disgusted but it didn't seem like he was in an unknown situation, he just dodged the projectile of vomit combined with blood easily and asked again.

This time the kangaroo opened his mouth and said:

"They left you... while you were eating."

"Hmmm?"

"Say that again!"

It seemed this truth somehow offended the ape-like fellow and his face started to turn a deep red color like he was a boiled lobster.

"There is no way my friends would leave me alone! You are lying! What have you done to them?"

The kangaroo frowned as he took a few steps backward and almost tripped over the small hole he was currently in, he didn't like the aura that was currently converging on the body of the ape... his stature started to increase even further-reaching 2,60 meters and bright red fur covered his whole body.

His eyes turned the same color as his fur as his hex aura fully revealed itself standing at a deep green color showing that he must have reached the 6th or 7th refining of his strengthening techniques.

"RUN AWAY!"

The spider fellow immediately transformed into his primal form as he created a web and attached it to the trees before flinging away faster than the eye could see, the kangaroos started to jump as high as they could to avoid the ape who was going on a rampage.

The leader of the Kangaroos frowned as 3 tattoos revealed themselves on his chest, it wasn't known what they were used for but the moment they started glowing he high-tailed it away from the current location.

Felix could smell danger coming quickly as he shouted towards the other two:

"WE HAVE TO GO AS WELL, STOP ATTACKING!"

The other two were annoyed with the defensive capabilities of the shield when they suddenly felt the aura of the ape appear behind them.

Lindo's ears moved up as he instinctively felt something wasn't right and Felix's words made him duck just before a swing would have lopped his head off.

Bizkier wasn't as lucky as his head was lopped off and his body fell to the ground where it quickly grew another head as he scampered towards Felix's direction trying to run away.

Felix appeared as he grabbed Lindo by the scruff of the neck with his mouth and started to run at breakneck speed away from the mad ape.

The Fox tribesmen were frozen as they kept the barrier up, they couldn't move while they used the barrier so they couldn't escape!

The woman with 3 tails frowned as she looked at the ape but shook her head, her charm ability wouldn't do anything to the ape in its maddened state... were they doomed?
