Down the road Sammy graduated pre-school and made it to high school. Though she didn't make it through school without graduating due to issues that happened two to three days prior. Sammy was unfortunately assaulted by a friend's brothers(who had a girlfriend), she felt so upset and used. Sammy knew what he had planned and saying no would only result in false information being spread about her, so she took the easy way out, and not returning back ever again.
Sammy's sister Momo was three years older than her and began thinking of becoming a cop but she ended up pregnant and Sammy had fights with her that resulted in not speaking for a while since she kept the pregnancy a secret from their mom. Momo felt scared telling their mom because she wouldn't approve of her having kids instead of trying to get her job as a cop. But when Deckard was born, Sammy became a proud aunt. He weighed around nine pounds and a very healthy baby. Deckard's little brother Greyson would be born soon after and would have issues, but did outgrow them. Her sister and boyfriend married not long after and lived in Port Credit until moving to Barrie when Erik(her step-brother) got a promotion.
Sammy and her mom lived alone for about three to four years until tragedy struck. She was hospitalized about three times, the third and final time is the last Sammy saw her again. She went through two surgeries but it didn't save her. She died in 2018 by being cremated as the funeral would give Sammy and her terrible nightmares. Sammy's sister decided to take my stand there when they took her off of life support. By saying the sweetest notion that their mom would be happy to be with Marty again in heaven.
Sammy was alone in the estate wondering what she should do, her step-dad came to think. He had been sober for the last six to seven years. Sammy called him in distress and explained to him about her mom. He took it really hard and rushed down to help her move stuff to his place. She now lives with him in Minden, Ontario an hour from Barrie.
