Sarah was shocked by what she read in the book. By consuming fresh high-grade cores and using vast amounts of energy always Hatzu found a way for mortals to step directly into the core formation stage. Furthermore, as she read, she found it to be more and more economical.
The herbs where simple recipes infused with beast cores and the used beast cores got fed to weaker spiritual beast to simulate the same method Hatzu used on himself. Those spiritual beasts would then become ranks higher.
By using weaker species like small birds or grass animals the method avoided being overpowered by the mental strength of the original core. As such after a single year Hatzu had created countless core cultivators.
On this day after having copied the entire book, Sarah was out looking for Hatzu, wandering through the centre. streets she happened upon a rare sight, a foreign cultivator.
As they circulated Qi through there eyes, they noticed the mass amount of mortals before spotting Sarah. Humans even when utilizing a core mediation technique had such poor meridians and Qi channels that it did not emanate past there body, at most they would seem like an abnormally healthy person.
"Fellow cultivator" the foreigner said moving towards Sarah pushing a few mortals out of the way.
Sarah's heart jumped with fear, "Wait no, stop!" She yelled just as mortal turned around to face the cultivator.
"I am the mortal cultivator Han Lee and you must apologize if you hope to stay further." The mortal said keeping his Qi contained.
In shock the cultivator looked from Sarah to Han Lee in shock before asking, "Fellow Cultivator, do all humans act in such a manner?"
In a moment Han Lee unleashed his core strength and a raging heat poured out from the sky replicating the sun. "You may speak to me if you have an issue with my attitude."
In fear the cultivator fell to the ground stumbling backwards. "Great core cultivator my deepest apologies!"
"Do you only respect cultivators' young man?" An old woman wrapped in grey asked before unleashing the strength of a full core cultivator upon him. "Are mortals just ants that you pass over?"
"N… no, I…I.." the cultivator began to studder before falling to the ground. Around him every human he saw began unleashing powers at strengths he is almost never seen.
Soon he sat trembling in sweat, cowering on the ground when another mortal walked up, not releasing any strength.
"I am the mortal cultivator Hatzu and this is my country, what brings a foreign cultivator here?"
"I... I…" the cultivator stuttered as the mortals lowered their Qi.
"I am Junior Andrew of the Immortal Assembly and I was sent as a commissary to deliver the entry tokens." Andrew claimed bowing to the crowd.
"Entry tokens to what?" Hatzu asked taking the package Andrew presented.
"Every 10 years the immortal assembly meets to settle matters and host tournaments. Every county with a cultivator core level or above. Now that your country meets the requirements, I have been dispatched to deliver this. Every country can send three members of core level or one cultivator of Nascent soul."
Hatzu took out the three coins and dropped them onto the ground one at a time. "Any cultivator from this city may take these coins and go, respect the laws of this country and show them the power of mortal cultivators."
