Empire Nightclub.
One of the most exclusive Nightclubs in the city. Only those who had invitations were able to visit. Many powerful characters use the place as environment to talk business. Listening to conversations about business deals amounting to hundreds of millions were not uncommon here.
The Empire Nightclub was sorely dedicated to the upper percentile of the population--the ridiculously rich.
Bing Wan led the group of trio and walked confidently towards the entrance.
She managed to get an invitation after much effort.
For others, they came here to have fun. For Bing Wan, she came here to drink. She heard that the alcohol here was one of the best in the world.
She was a total alcohol freak. She loved alcohol as much as her life, and had went to around the world just to drink various high end alcohol.
Now that she had an invitation to the place which sold one of the best alcohol, she wasn't going to give up the opportunity.
The bodyguards at the entrance sternly looked at the invitation card on Bing Wan's hands, then stiffly nodded and gave way to her.
Then the trio walked inside the Nightclub.
They immediately caught the attention of almost everybody.
Behind Bing Wan stood two stunning beauties.
On her left, was Ouyang Yun. She wore a dark velvet dress, and high heels. Her long and slender legs were slightly exposed from the corners of the dress, and they could faintly see the jade-white skin flash by. Her face was fiery and charming, alluring and seductive.
On her right stood Ying Ran. She wore a pure white dress that accentuated her snow-white complexion. Her facial features were delicate and soft, her small little face slightly crunched up in unease, clearly not used to the environment. She radiated an aura of fragility and innocence, and making one build up the impulse to protect her.
It was not surprising for their attention to be so fixated on them.
But the most glamorous of them all was the one in the lead.
She wore a dark black dress all over, which contrasted with her pure snow skin. The dress failed to cover up her alluring figure--her perfectly slender legs and her thin waist.
She had crystalline blue eyes that shone with wisdom and a hint of craftiness. Her delicate nose was pointy and sharp, her eyebrows perfectly shaped, her lips an alluring rosy red.
She looked like a Goddess that descended onto the mortal world, it was like she was the entire world, and there was no one else but her.
The woman in the bar all paled in comparison to the three, and within their hearts sprouted buds of inferiority that quickly grew to become fully-matured trees.
Bing Wan casually lifted an eyebrows at this, she was already used to such scenes. Ignoring the stares, she walked towards the counter and ordered a Devil's Drink.
The famous Devil's Drink that was ranked 4th in the World.
Within her eyes hid shades of excitement and expectation.
Meanwhile, in a dark corner of the Empire Nightclub, there stood a sturdy and ferocious looking man.
No one dared to come near to him, his aura was basically oppressing the air around him.
He took a look at Bing Wan, and ordered his subordinate to come to him.
A man scurried over to meet him. He wore the Empire Nightclub's workers attire, but on the left side of his shirt, you could see a gold pin that wrote "Tang Wang, Boss"
"Corner 3, Put this in the drink." He took a powder substance from his pocket and gave it to him, pointing towards Bing Wan.
"Yes Boss." Tang Wang respectfully bowed his head down and took the bag of substance from his hands and left.
He didn't question why. He had no authority to question his commands.
Not soon after, the Devil's Drink was prepared.
Bing Wan excitedly brought the bottle towards her nose, and sniffed the faint alcoholic scent.
It was utterly refreshing.
"Other people come here to dance and have fun, some for business deals, but I have never seen someone like you come her to drink alcohol." Ouyang Yun looked at Bing Wan with a disdainful glance.
"Why not? Alcohol is life. How could you not know that?" Bing Wan retorted unhappily, and lifted the bottle and took a small sip.
The alcohol quickly went inside her throat. It was burning hot, yet had a trace of coldness within it, like the depths of hell and the burning nether world combined.
No wonder it was called the Devil's Drink!
Bing Wan let out a sigh of enjoyment.
It tasted so good! This was a heavenly drink indeed.
"Don't drink too much. You better not get drunk again." Yun Ran cautioned.
Ouyang Yun vigorously nodded her head in support.
They both knew what had happened when she went drunk. It was…devastating.
"Don't worry about me, it just one bottle of alcohol. As for you guys, what did you come here for? To see me drink? Come on, get out and get loose. The bunch of guys at the left corner are already staring at you with beady eyes." Bing Wan raised her eyebrows towards the left, where a group of well-dressed youths sat elegantly.
Judging from their branded black suits and Rolex watches, it was obvious that they all came from a huge background.
Not to mention that they were within the Empire Nightclub.
Ouyang Yun placed her sights upon them, then turned back with a face of disgust.
"No interest." She casually replied.
Not surprising though. All of them came from rather big backgrounds. Normal rich youths could not live up to their tastes.
Yun Ran, on the other hand, was twiddling her fingers in nervousness. She didn't come to such environments that often. The loud background music was rather overwhelming.
"Then are you going to sit here and look at me all day? Go to the dance floor then." Bing Wan said rather irritatedly.
It was kind of hard for her to enjoy her drink with the two of them watching her.
"Sure? You better not drink too much after we leave. "Ouyang Yun pointed her finger towards Bing Wan and warned.
"Sure, sure. Why are you guys so naggy for? Can't you trust me for once?" Bing Wan acted out an expression of sadness, as if she was being wronged.
Both of them looked at Bing Wan rather distrustfully, then turned to the dance floor, but not before leaving a few sentences.
"If you get drunk later, don't ever say that I'm your friend."
"I won't help you clean up the mess."
Words that sound rather painful, but of course, it held no real meaning.
How could best friends leave each other alone?
After they had finally left, Bing Wan heaved a sigh of relief and turned to look towards the alcohol with gleaming eyes.
Not before long, the bottle of alcohol was emptied, and Bing Wan looked at it with a rather lost expression.
When did it disappear so quickly?
She looked towards the bartender, then towards the empty bottle of alcohol.
Not able to fight off her impulse, she asked for another Devil's Drink.
When the bartender heard her call, he was dumbfounded. The Devil's Drink was known because not many were able to finish a bottle, it was too strong. Yet this lady had finished the entire bottle within minutes?
This feat could at least compare with him. Thinking about that person, he shivered involuntarily. Too terrifying. Brushing up the thought from his mind, he prepared another Devil's Drink and brought in front of Bing Wan, who stared at it with greedy eyes.
Without a word, she glugged down the entire bottle, the alcohol burning her throat. She licked her lips in satisfaction.
She sat there for a few minutes, enjoying the aftertaste of the alcohol, savoring every single moment.
Then she felt her head started spinning.
Damn it! The alcohol effect.
