Inside the well-decorated room, a man casually sat on a luxurious seat. His blood red eyes were focused on the contents of the documents on his hand. He wore a blank expression as he scanned through the planned layout for a granary in a certain territory.
"Yes , these territories are a good location for the granaries" the man said in agreement.
" Here Your Majesty, I have another plan for the---"
Ramier, who was looking at the documents, averted his gaze, puzzled as to why the official suddenly stopped talking.
