Ramier and Ashley sat opposite each other. Ashley would sneak a couple of glances at Ramier who was deep in thought. He seemed distracted with something.
They remained quiet for a couple of seconds. When he realized that he was spacing out in front of Ashley. He quickly composed himself and returned to his usual self.
"So.. I assume we have a lot to talk about?" he started the discussion.
"Yeah. There are a lot of things that I'd like to know. Since our discussion last time was Uhm.. Ruined." she said awkwardly. She didn't want to recall those past incidents anymore. It only brought her shame.
The corner of his mouth rose. "Oh... that."
Ashley directed her gaze elsewhere and her cheeks turned red. Can they just forgive and forget? She now learned her lesson. Besides wasn't his punishment enough?
Remembering what he did back then made her anger resurface. But she still kept it in. Now was not the time.
