Gina had been stuck at the dining table with Massimo for almost an hour, Massimo forced her to stay in her place even though the plate on the dinner table had been removed to the pantry by Massimo himself.
"What's wrong, baby?" asked Massimo softly. "Is there anything bothering you right now?"
"I'm tired, when are you going to let me go back to the room?"
Massimo smiled sweetly. "We haven't even talked about everything that happened today, honey."
"Talk about what? Nothing good to talk about."
"Oh really? How about we start by discussing why your cell phone is off all day, is there a plausible reason behind your phone turning off, honey?"
"I turned off my phone because I'm too lazy to argue with you."
"Lazy to argue with me? What have I done that we have to argue?"
Gine rolled her eyes, embarrassed. Talking to people who feel like they've done nothing wrong really requires a lot of patience.
