After her father and stepmother left, Gina slowly closed her eyes, seeing her father's sincerity towards Vanessa made Gina feel sad and hurt at the same time.
"I'm grateful that I'm the only one who saw all this," Gina said softly, her chest tight at the memory of her mother who had to die alone after her love was neglected for years by the husband she loved.
Gina slowly got out of bed and walked towards the door, she wanted to meet her grandfather who is currently being cared for by two special nurses who were recommended by Patrick Davidson, his godfather.
The two nurses who had just washed Yohanes Sanders' body smiled at Gina who was already standing at the door.
"Can I come in?"
"Of course you can, Miss. Please."
Gina smiled. "How is Grandpa doing today?"
"Mr Sanders's condition has progressed rapidly, Miss."
"Thank God, I hope Grandpa wakes up soon," Gina said quietly.
