Li Fang had rarely seen Wang lose his composure, so he asked quizzically. "Wang?"
Wang said nothing and simply scrutinized the pill in his hand.
The pill was roughly the size of a yellow bean. It looked dark and coarse and did not seem like it was created by a typical apothecary which usually ended up looking bright. If anything, the pill resembled a failed attempt at making medicine.
Even though it looked mediocre, he could detect that it was created using an ancient prescription.
Wang's fingers trembled as he held the pill. He suddenly raised his head and looked at Li Fang with excitement in his eyes. "Where did you get this medication?"
Li Fang pondered briefly and said, "It was Chen's friend."
The moment Wang heard this, he turned to look at Fang Chen excitedly.
