Meng Ying chuckled as she brought up introducing someone to Huo Yao.
"I'm not interested," said Huo Yao nonchalantly. Meng Ying looked at her at a loss, so Huo Yao added. "I'm spoken for."
Meng Ying was dumbfounded.
Meng Ying promptly caught Huo Yao's drift. Huo Yao did not say she had a boyfriend. Instead, Huo Yao simply said she was unavailable, so this meant she must be very serious.
"Is this a genius thing? Do geniuses always map out their futures entirely?" Moments later, Meng Ying sighed and asked.
Only half a year had passed since Huo Yao started university, but she was now officially attached to someone.
Meng Ying was still single, so she could not help feeling sad for herself.
"I'm not sure either. For a start, I would never allow myself to fail at anything," replied Huo Yao languidly.
Meng Ying raised her hand and wanted to slap herself.
She regretted bringing up the subject.
