Chapter 6 - Jeremy, are you falling?

Weekends went by fast. I enjoyed spending it with Jeremy. We watched a lot of movies, eat junks, and we learned that we both don't drink alcohol.

Also, I told him that whenever we are at school, we should be together. I want him to believe that I care for him so, I suggested that we eat lunch together. Aren't I the sweetest?

Monday came, and we went to school together. I can feel everyone looking at us, and it's making Jeremy nervous. So I arched my hand in his shoulder and run. He can't stand people looking at him so I took him out. I know he'll appreciate it. We weren't from the same program. When we reached the third floor, I bid my goodbye. I smiled at him while waiting for the elevator door to close.

The people at the elevator also waved to me, so funny! I can say that I'm a popular kid. I am famous for being friendly, and no one would think weird about Jeremy and me. Who would think that a hot girl like me would date "Jeremy"? #NoOne

Don't get me wrong, Jeremy is quite handsome. But, he looked weak because he is too shy.

Lunch came, and Jeremy messaged me that he'll be cooking at our apartment, that if I have time, I can eat there. Of course, I have time, its food that we're talking about. I am a cheapskate, so I won't turn down that kind of offer. Yey! Free meal.

As I was walking my way through my apartment, I saw Jeremy holding bags of food. Hmm, what's he going to cook? I decided to run towards him, quietly. I want to surprise him, so I went not too close at his back then tickled his belly. He froze. I panicked, it didn't cross my mind that maybe he doesn't like it. He might get angry with me. I slowly went to his front to see his face, he looked startled. Oh, gee! Is he that sensitive?

"Hi?" I said shyly while smiling sheepishly.

He didn't respond, just staring at me blankly. Ahhhh, I'm getting nervous, I can't afford to commit mistakes. It's already hard to find someone like him!

"I'm sorry did I startle you?" I made sure that I'm pouting and looking cute.

"N-no! I-its j-just that ahm never mind!" he replied agitated. It is the first time that his voice went a little bit higher.

What should I do?

"Do you want me to stay out for lunch? I think I offended you." I said expressing a hint of sadness.

"N-no, I-its just that no one touched me before a-and y-you almost hug me. "I-I'm shy."

You should have seen his face, red all over his face. So, that is the reason, hmm.

"You don't have to be shy, it's just me!" I hugged him while saying that.

"I give you permission to hug me whenever you're happy, sad, or simply miss me." I continued.

He smiled. It worked!

"Also, let's work on the way you talk. You should not stutter while talking to me, okay?" I said authoritatively.

"Okay," he replied. It was short but you can sense that he's trying to stop his stuttering. I know he will listen to me, that's why I chose him.

I hold his hand and said, "Let's go!" he just nod and silently walked beside me. He's really cute when he's nervous.

I am sitting on the kitchen island while watching him cook chicken adobo. After 45 minutes, the meal is ready. As I was heading to the dining table, I suddenly thought of giving him a little thank you note.

"Jeremy, I'm just going to pee. I'll be quick!" I said while hurriedly went to my room. (I have my shower room)

I picked a piece of scented paper and sharpie then I started writing. Afterward, I went to the dining table and sit beside him. He is slowly adjusting to me, and I can see he is less nervous whenever I am at a close distance. It's a good thing, right?

"Did I made you wait?" I whispered right to his ears.

"N-no." his answer made me smirk a little.

"Okay, let's it! Thank you for making my lunch." I said joyfully and wiped his sweaty forehead. He looked pleased with the same time hungry, so I get the bowl of rice and put plenty amount of rice to his plate.

"You have to eat a lot, okay? You look sick because you are so thin. I want to be healthy while you are with me, understand?"

"Yes, I will," he replied, then took the bowl in my hand and put rice on my plate as well.

"Eat a lot, too," he said in a low tone.

"I will! You are the best cook so I will it much!" I said, then take a huge bite of chicken adobo. It is really good!

We were really hungry that we weren't able to talk much. After we finished eating lunch, we did the dishes together.

I excused myself to go to my room and fix myself. While brushing my teeth I heard a knock. "Come in!" I shouted while there's still a brush on my mouth.

" Do you have afternoon class?" he asked.

"Yes, why?"

"Nothing." he then stands there, right behind me.

I washed my mouth hurriedly because he is there waiting.

"Do you still have class?" I asked him.

"Yes," he answered.

"Are you heading out?"

"Yes."

"Then, let's go!" I replied while smiling. I know he wanted to ask me to went back to school together.

"Can you sit for a while? I do not finish preparing yet." I said then motioned him to sit with me in the vanity. He did. I started moisturizing my face and I saw his face in the mirror looking at me. I smiled, mentally. Go ahead! Fantasize about me because it is what I want.

When I finished my ritual, I held his hand while looking at his face.

"Thank you for cooking for me all the time. Later, when we finished our shift, I'll cook dinner for us." I said and handed him my thank you letter. I also left my kiss mark there and sprayed my scent. He will like it for sure.

"Really?" his face lit up. He looked excited. He should be!

"What is this?" he asked.

"A little thank you note! Don't you like it?" I said.

" I-I do. It's my first time receiving one. Thank you!" he hugged me. I was shocked since most of the time, I was the one initiating such gestures.

I can feel his heart beating fast. I can feel mine is too.

"No, thank you!" I broke the hug and gave him a quick peck kiss on the lips. He immediately turned his back at me. I laughed out loud because of it.

"Don't be shy! We are getting late let's go!" I grabbed his arms and stormed out.

When we reached school, he walked me to my classroom. He was about to walk away when I called him.

"Jeremy! See you later!" I smiled at him while waving.

He smiled shyly and waved back.

What a good day! All is going my way and, I'm loving it. He is perfect for me since he challenges me to do better and take everything slowly. I can feel that he is falling for my actions. Though it is much slower than expected since it has been three months, but it is totally fine.

It is true, that it takes time to create a masterpiece.

I'm creating him.

He is my first ever artwork. And, I can't wait to show him to the world,

Thank you, Jeremy. For making it happen.

And, I'm sorry.
