"*Haaa* *haaa* *haaaa*" 'This guy is a monster.' Jung-an is almost wheezing, trying to catch up to Tayaw just a few steps ahead of her.
Many times, since they started the hike 30 minutes ago, was she was tempted to ask Tayaw to remove his huge hiking back and carry her instead. She did not expect that the trail going up the mountain, while safe, is very steep; Yongmasan mountain is a stroll compared to where they are currently.
"Hey. Isaac. Wait up." She finally cannot keep up and calls out using the English language.
Since she officially started working for Tayaw four days ago, they try to avoid speaking Korean as much as they can and they only converse in English or Teungebian, for Jung-an's language practice.
"Oh. Should we take a break?" Tayaw says as he backtracks to Jung-an.
