Sometime later, in the streets, a group of forty could be seen tied together with their faces swollen like that of pigs.
Alusec stood in front of the group while speaking to the leader, who already lost twelve of his teeth.
"Where are you from? and why have you been terrorizing these people? From what I remember the god that governed this planet, Marcel, would never allow bandits to exist on the face of this planet..." Alusec questioned.
Everyone around looked at him with weird faces. Alusec had a bad feeling in his mind when he saw the look on their faces.
"Don't tell me he's dead?" Alusec questioned in disbelief.
"Sir Alusec, Who is Marcel?" Chad asked
"Marcel is the god that governs Kondoor," Alusec answered not believing that they weren't aware of Marcel.
"The name of the god of that governs Kondoor is called 'Amphalis the Eccentric'.... but he has never made an appearance to the masses, in fact, the gods hardly care about the matters of mortals nowadays" Chad replied with certainty.
Alusec had a look of disbelief on his face and wondered, 'Who the hell is Amphalis? how would Marcel just disappear like that?'
Alusec knew that a lot of things would change after five hundred thousand years, but he was still struggling to accept the changes that had taken place when he was away.
"if the gods don't care about the affairs of the mortals anymore, then why are they still called gods?" Alusec was not happy with what he was hearing. He felt that even if he was away the universe would still be looked after by the gods.
'I'll need to find out about all the changes that had happened while i was away.....' Alusec was still in his thoughts when...
"Y-yuu bether lewt hus go, haawa buss wiell soon cum tuu fwind hurs" The chief with missing teeth muttered some incoherent words.
"I'm counting on it," Alusec replied while smirking evilly.
The bandits had goosebumps when they saw his smirk.

-In the celestial plane
There was a huge silver-colored palace about fifteen thousand sq meters in length a twenty-five thousand square meters in breadth, floating above a waterfall that was about two kilometers wide, the torrents pouring down was so fast and heavy enough to crush a person into meat paste in seconds but the puzzling aspect about the waterfall was the fact that it was silent. There was an insignia of a half sun and half moon facing each other in the palm of a person, at the top of the palace.
-
Inside the palace, guards could be seen moving around designated areas wearing silver armor. The same insignia at the front of the palace could be seen at the left chest area of their armor.
From time to time dignitaries dressed in clean and colorful robes would be seen roaming about the interior of the palace. The hallways were large enough to allow a group of twenty, standing side by side to walk together without even touching one another.
A guard leading an old man with a bald head and green colored beards could be seen walking on one of the hallways with urgency.
They got to an intersection and turned left, they kept walking for about five minutes until they got to a corner where two guards could be seen standing on opposite sides while a swirling and enchanting looking hole could be seen in their midst. The swirling hole was a portal that they were guarding, and no one was allowed to go through the portal without the proper permits. Since the palace was very large there were several places inside the palace with mini portals, to ease the movements of people moving to and fro the palace. The portal that the guard led the green bearded old man to, was the one that led to the throne room, so a lot of restrictions were placed on it. The two guards had two golden stars on their chest, placed right beside the insignia.
"State your business." The guard on the left demanded haughtily, not even minding that he was speaking to his fellow guard.
"Lord Vorilion, the Guardian of the diminishing void, wishes to seek an audience with His Majesty, God-King Calicrum." The guard beside the old man replied boldly.
Immediately the Guardian name was mentioned, the guards no longer had a haughty look on their faces but instead if was filled with respect and fear. The had obviously heard about the terrors of the diminishing void and also about the fact that the most powerful god of all times was imprisoned there.
"Lord Vorilon, I apologize for my disrespectful words earlier but His Majesty is currently in a meeting with a few gods, we do not dare to disturb his meeting." The guard tone was now more respectful than before when speaking to the old man.
"You had better let me disturb his meeting now or his life in the future would be disturbed if I don't pass on the information that I have to him." The old man replied urgently.
The guard was startled with his reply but still held his ground.
"I'm sorry Lord Vorilion, but I can't let you go in until after the meeting is over...." the guard said apologetically.
"What nerve! You this mere guard dares to stand in the way of I, Vorilion the great!" The green bearded old man finally lost his cool.
"I dare you to stop me from going through!" The green bearded old man challenged while moving forward towards the portal.
The guards standing on both sides of the portal wanted to move but found out that they were rooted to the ground and couldn't move an inch. They watched as the green bearded old man and the guard that he came with, walk into the portal, but they could not do anything about it because they were unable to control their bodies.
Immediately the green bearded old man disappeared into the portal, they regained control of their body.
A Guardian was an entity that was more or less as powerful as a godlord, the only difference was that they governed spaces or powerful regions that are not habitable for species of the universe while god lords governed over planets.
Vorilion was the Guardian who governed the diminishing void, that even gods were afraid of. His source was restriction. With the right conditions, there was nothing he couldn't restrict in the world. He just restricted the guard's ability to move.
Upon getting to the other side of the portal, two huge golden doors about hundred feet tall could be seen with dragon engravings on them. Two guards stood on both sides of the door, their armor looking much more imperious than the ones guarding the portals, obviously, these guards were ranked higher.
The same case scenario was repeating itself again with the guards trying to stop Vorilion from making his way into the throne room, but this time he didn't give them the chance to argue and blasted the huge doors wide open with a palm strike.
"WHO DARES TO BARGE INTO THE CELESTIAL THRONE ROOM!" a loud and imperious voice resounded clearly from the inside of the throne room.
Vorilion strutted in like he owned the place, while the guard who was formerly guiding him, with their roles now reversed walked in behind him timidly and bowed when he got to the middle of the room.
