I walked with May to my locker and we got our belongings and walked out of the school with Yura and Sojin, some of May's friends.
"Haru! Join us for an hour we are going to the mall together!" May says ecstatically.
"Ah~ May, I would but I didn't bring my wallet and I have a project to do," I said trying to get out of hanging with May's friends. Don't get me wrong, they seemed lovely, but I really just wanted to be home and help with the project to get it over with. May was always looking for ways to include me with her friend group. She has good intentions, and I didn't have the heart to tell her outright no.
"Come on, it's only an hour and then we'll drive you to where you have to go," May said while trying to persuade me with her puffed cheeks.
"Yeah Haru, It'll be fun, and don't worry about the money, you can just pay me back tomorrow," Sojin said while the girls nodded in agreeance to their plan.
