I sat at my desk rethinking everything that happened the night before. Did Dae Hyun really kiss my forehead? He had just told me he liked our friendship, so where does that put us? My heart began beating faster at the thought of his lips on my forehead. I shook my head in refusal, he has probably done this to a billion girls before. What do I do when I see him? 'Get a grip Haru', I say to myself as I groan in frustration. By the end of this class, I'll probably have grey hair from all the stress. My head began to pound and the loudness of the classroom was not helping. I made my way towards the infirmary. I lay in one of the cots and close my eyes, trying to retreat to dreamland.
"Are you sick?"
I open my eyes to see Mateo sitting in the cot beside mine. He smiles at me while he waves.
"No, It was too loud to sleep in the classroom." The bell rang and both Mateo and I were officially late for class.
"I'm not really trying to go to class today, you?"
