- Is the Female Lead of the story, she sees the world as bland and boring, she wants to be independent and not rely on her parent's money hence working in Rose Café. She's often lost in her thoughts because of her vivid memories of the past.

Gabriel Tyler

- Seraphine's Doctor and Guardian, Seraphine's parents left her with their friend when they moved to America both of them trust him to make sure she's safe and in good health. Gabriel sees Seraphine as his own daughter but Seraphine doesn't appreciate Gabriel enough to treat him like a father figure.

Laurrie Caireen Alson

- The Female Leads Best Friend. They met through Gabriel when Seraphine was looking for part-time work, Gabriel introduced Laurrie to Seraphine and their friendship clicked.

Pamphilos Evans or Phil

- Like Laurrie, Phil and Seraphine met through Gabriel as well, he was already working in Rose Cafè when Seraphine arrived. He and the Female Lead are good friends.

Maksimos Chrysanthemum White or Max

- Max arrived in Rose Café when he was looking for a job unlike Laurrie and Phil who met Seraphine through Gabriel, Max had been introduced to Seraphine when he was hired as a pastry chef in Laurie's Cafè. He is very good-natured, so he gets along well with the surrounding people. The four of them instantly became good friends.
